2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. minced ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cameroon pepper (or black pepper)
11/2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp. reduced salt soy sauce
3 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. American honey (or dry wine)
3 tsp. canola oil (or oil of choice)
1 tsp. bouillon seasoning
1 large red onion, chopped
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. barbeque sauce
Sesame seeds for styling
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together (garlic, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, seasoning, honey, American honey, pepper, oil, salt, onion, and soy sauce).
- Pour mixture over the pork and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours to marinate.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Place the ribs on a baking tray.
- Bake for 50 - 60 mins until tender and soft.
- Rub the bbq sauce on the ribs and bake for another 5 mins.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on the ribs and serve with air fried chips and spicy hot sauce.
