Homemade Healthy Granola





Ingredients

2 cups traditional rolled oats
2 tbsp. raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
1tbsp coconut oil 
1/4 cup unsweetened raisins
Crushed nuts of choice (I used almonds)




Instructions
  •  Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut oil and honey together in a bowl.
  • Add the nuts of choice.
  • Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray as seen in the pic above.
  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius and put the granola mixture into the oven for 20 mins. 
  • Turn and stir every 10 mins. 
  • Allow the granola to cool down and then add the raisins. 
  • Store in an airtight container. 
  • Serve with greek yogurt.

          (If you do not have an oven, you can simply pan fry it at medium heat).
