Ingredients
2 cups traditional rolled oats
2 tbsp. raw honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
1tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened raisins
Crushed nuts of choice (I used almonds)
Instructions
- Mix the rolled oats, cinnamon, peanut butter, coconut oil and honey together in a bowl.
- Add the nuts of choice.
- Pour the mixture into a lined baking tray as seen in the pic above.
- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees celsius and put the granola mixture into the oven for 20 mins.
- Turn and stir every 10 mins.
- Allow the granola to cool down and then add the raisins.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Serve with greek yogurt.
