Ingredients
3 eggs
3 tablespoons greek yogurt (or cream cheese)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder or cream of tartar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F or 150 degrees C.
- Separate carefully the egg whites from the yolks and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, greek yogurt, and maple syrup until smooth.
- In another bowl, add the baking powder or cream of tartar to the egg whites and whisk on a high speed until fluffy and foamy.
- Slowly fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites and combine carefully to avoid breaking the fluffiness.
- Scoop the mixture into rounds onto a lightly greased baking sheet as in the pic below.
- Sprinkle rosemary onto the mixture and bake in the oven for 15- 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
