No bake granola bars!!! Amazing right?







Ingredients 

1/2 cup dates
1/4 cup mixed dried fruits
1 cup old fashion rolled oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp honey 

Preparation 
  • In a baking tray throw in the rolled oats in a 375-degree oven for 5 - 10 mins to toast a bit. Don't worry if you do not have an oven, you can toast it in a frying pan on the gas stove.
  • Put the dates in a food processor to blend until it turns into a paste.
  • Pour all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with your hand until even (of course your hand will be messy but it's worth it!😉😉😉).
  • Place in a baking pan and refrigerate for 20 mins.
  • Cut to desired size and munch..
