Delicious healthy lamb and chicken sweet potato pottage




     




Ingredients  
Diced well spiced cooked chicken and lamb
2 sweet potatoes
2 carrot
1 green, bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika,
1 bouillon cube
1 large onion
Pinch of salt
3 tsp olive oil
2 tsp crayfish
1/2 turmeric
1/2 curry
3 garlic cloves

Preparation 
1️⃣Chop the veggies - carrot, bell peppers, and sweet potatoes and set aside. In a pot, pour in the stock used in cooking the chicken then add the chopped sweet potato and cook for 15 mins (make sure the stock is well spiced).
2️⃣Add your turmeric, curry, bouillon cube, salt, paprika pepper and black pepper into the boiling sweet potato.
3️⃣On another gas stove, put a frying pan with little olive oil (or oil of choice) then add the onion and stir till it's translucent. Eventually, add the garlic to fry with the onion.
4️⃣Afterward put the bell peppers to fry for 5 mins and add the diced chicken/lamb. Leave for few mins then combine the carrot with the bell peppers and chicken/lamb  (I add the carrot last because I don't want it too soft). Turn off the gas stove after 5 mins.
5️⃣ Mix  one(1) teaspoon of cornflour with water and add to the boiling sweet potato.
6️⃣ After the 15 mins in step  1️⃣, add the stir fry veggies and chicken/lamb mix together and cook for 10 mins.
7️⃣ Garnish with parsley or scallion.
